In all the years coming here he's never had a smile on his face. Perhaps it's because he has such a bad staff. They DID NOT DELIVER A PERSONAL & CONFIDENTIAL letter, nor a phone message, to his colleague Dr. Cedillo because it complained about Adrien. Adrien is worst glasses fitter ever. Went back 5 tiimes & even though I paid over $300 OUT OF POCKET I can't wear the glasses. They should not read confidential letters either but I saw her do it as she was copying it.
