This doctor did not have any bedside manner or rapport. On my second visit to review my lab results, he knew that their clinic had gotten hacked and that they had lost my labs. Yet, he walks into the appointment saying "what happened?" I then asked what do you mean what happened. He was trying to blame me for not doing labs. I told him I did the labs and was expecting the results. He later admitted that Intercoastal or the company above them got hacked with ransomware and lost access to my labs. Dr Vigil was excellent. He listens and takes his time to learn about you. I needed a new primary care doctor and I am so happy I found him. His staff is very friendly and helpful. His office is very clean.
