The professionalism of the receptionist answering phone is unacceptable. I called and received no call back. It takes weeks to get an appointment for an emergency of an existing patient. Referrals from this office are not valid since they lack the requirements from the specialists they are referring to. Such a waste of time and money. Definitely not recommended.
He is a great Doctor. He listen to you, I have sent do many of my friends and family to see him.
The worst customer care, I had booked appointment couple months back when I called before the appointment date they said they cant find the appointment. This was the response after making me wait for 20 mins on the call. I wont prefer such service.
Dr Lopez is an amazing Dr. I have been seeing him since 2021. He has great bedside manner and asks questions. He takes time to understand what you are dealing with. I would give 5 stars but here lately it takes up to 45 50 minutes to get someone to answer the calls. I know they have switched to Wellmed but since then getting the calls answered is AWEFUL. I also shouldnt have to call to see if and when my referal was sent in.. as I was contacted by the office and given the info only to be told to call and make my own appt.. a... read more
If i could give 0 stars I would. My parents are patients of this place and everytime they want to reschedule an appointment they have to hold for more than 2 hrs or go to the office to reschedule. I called today and I have no luck getting ahold of anyone.
