Dr. Franco is good bc he listens to your concerns rather than feeling rushed through it. His supporting nurse is also also responsive. Hes been my primary for a few years now, and I drive all the way from Oceanside to see him. Be organized when you go in with your concerns and you'll be fine. Recommend.
Dr. Franco stood up for me when I was getting a run around and postponement of very important, life altering condition. He, himself called and got the surgery moved up. He is kind, patient, and makes u feel heard. Really appreciative of his calm "human" approach. Thank you Dr. Franco!
Dr. Franco was not supportive of my medical concerns voiced during the office visit. I do not feel comfortable returning to him as a medical provider.
If you are looking for a primary care doctor that cares for your health he is not the right doctor. There’s doctors out there that are not in the profession just for the money. According to Ivette, his assistant, the only way you will be able to communicate with him is if you have an appointment. He is one week out of the office every month to be a hospitalist which will delay the review of your lab tests. My mom had a very bad experience with Dr Franco and unfortunately she passed away last month.
