So VERY DISAPPOINTED in their Lack of Care for me or the Lack of Interest in my well-being and for my health. I was referred to this office by two wonderful doctors because I really need help. I am very sick with a poor quality of life. My appointment was to see this doctor, when I showed up I was seen in the office by the APRN who was in and out of the room talking to the dr on the phone about me. Here I am years about 5 years post my lynx surgery and I have no issues from day 1!! Dr Escalon did a fabulous job and saved me from my Barrett’s disease turning into cancer. He’s amazing and truly, truly cares about his patients. If he’s your surgeon you are blessed. If he’s not, consider him. You won’t be disappointed.

I had hiatal hernia surgery with Dr. Escalon and I cannot say enough about the level of care I received. From the consultation forward, he was thorough, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure I understood everything. I never felt like just another patient. Shermaine Acosta was outstanding — professional in every sense of the word — and the surgical team reflected that same standard. This was exceptional care, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr. Escalon is very good at explaining what is going to be done during the surgery. He has pamphlets to take home so you can review the procedure and what would happen next.
