He is a excellent doctor listens to you very caring. The whole staff as well.
I'm sure he's a very good doctor, but I'll never know since his office staff refuses to take my call. I tried calling and got greeted with a "Please hold". I never got a word in. I held for 15 minutes, then had to go to a work meeting. I tried calling again an hour later. No greeting and I could clearly hear the phone being picked up and immediately put on hold. This happened twice inside of 10 minutes, so I stopped trying.
Dr Zubieta helped my wife (Brenda) come out of a very very dark place. He was a God sent at the right time, he sit quietly and patiently listen and gave us the best course of action. He did not look down on her (Brenda) but displayed compassionate professionalism. He put her on a treatment plan that took time coming to his office once a week for several months. Took my mom in yesterday and let me say it was such a nice experience. Front office ladies were so welcoming and nice.. even had smiles on their faces! (Don’t see that much anymore) nurse was also very nice (also smiles) and would explain to my mom her vitals. Not to mention the doctor … he took time to explain everything to my mom with details, patience, and yes smiles! Very knowledgeable! We will recommend our whole family here.
