Long holds only one English caller and the others just straight up hand up on you if you don't speak Spanish instead of transferring you to the one that does.
Excelente atención. El doctor fue muy profesional, explicó todo con claridad y se tomó el tiempo para responder cada una de mis dudas. La consulta fue puntual y el trato muy humano de todo el equipo. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
It's not so much of the doctor but his reception staff sucks. Last year my colonoscopy was incomplete due to his staff had given me wrong instructions which was in Spanish and I was advised they would send them by email and never did as a result I had to come back. I got a call from the office by a once again non English speaking staff who hung up in my face because I didn't speak Spanish and didn't understand.
