The staff at the Fort Collins office is very friendly and competent. There is no Rushing, there is no waiting room filled to the brim with people that hurry you in and out. The doctors are great and if they can’t figure out my problems, they send me to a specialist. I have been with this Fort Collins office for 15 years and I can’t say enough good things about it.

One of the worst primary care doctors I have ever had the displeasure of working with and I used to go to the VA. I highly recommend finding another primary. The owners comment below was a joke. Just a ploy to save face to the public without addressing anything or responding to the actual issue.
My husband visited Kaiser, specifically Dr Juan Rodriguez for a painful sprain. From the moment we entered the facility, we were treated with compassion and the utmost care! Check in was seamless and the kind lady at the front was friendly and enjoyable to talk to (Estrelita?)The check in nurse had an amazing spirit and made us feel welcome. Dr. Rodriguez and his staff are great. They listen and ask relevant questions without judgement. If you need a doctor I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez.
