I was introduced to Dr. Alarcon due to Kidney Stone Emergency and Blood Infection due to the stones. I was medicated due to the severe pain while hospitalized but I can recall him to be a very kind doctor. Answered my questions using words that I could understand. Unfortunately I was not able to follow up with him after my hospital stay due to not having the right insurance. I went to see Dr Alarcon yesterday for my initial consultation for a penile implant. The wait time was a little long but after my appointment, I understood why. Dr. Alarcon takes his time, he is not rushed, he makes sure he answers all of your questions and give you all of your options. I have full confidence in him.
I recommend any person to this Great Urologist! Bilingual, very courteous, hears you out, very understanding, and much more. Very knowledgeable and great staff also.
