I had a pleasant experience with the staff at Dr.Alzate’s office. Arsho was wonderful, she was very caring and made me feel comfortable. She explained my procedure and helped ease my mind . I was happy with everything and will definitely recommend this office.

I had an appointment at 9am for an extraction. I Wasn’t seen until 11:30 and was told that the extraction may not happen the same day as this is just a consultation. I was shocked. I received a consultation in the same office for the same tooth 2 months prior. And 2 1/2 hour wait with an appointment for a consult? When the doctor came into the office he asked how I was. I was referred to Dr Alzate from a dentist in Fresno to pull a tooth. I haven’t had a tooth pulled since my wisdom teeth when I was 21. I was so scared bc when I had my wisdom teeth pulled I was sedated for all 4 teeth to be pulled. This time I’m awake and scared. He came in very energetic and sure of himself which made me relax some. He looked at my tooth and said we’ll pull it now no problem and relax. I’m so scared of those shots. My visit was terrible the staff is not trained properly when there is a patient in the room no respect I was not attended to I had an appointment he repair the white woman first I had to wait over 1 hour still no help .
My mom was to him, the reason for the appointment was for him to review her condition and advise on what best course of action to take, either extract her wisdom tooth or clip her gums or remove part of her cheek from the inside as she has unique, serious condition. Dr. Alzate's staff makes excuses for their incompetence! Dr. Alzate is responsible for his staff's actions. I've been led on and lied to. I've been waiting 7 months for my dentures that now the manager Carla has run out of excuses and refuses my phone calls. They've already been paid in full months ago. I requested the least expensive crown covered by my insurance with the least out of pocket cost. I was told it was $330. I again asked if it was the cheapest. I was told that it was. I was having issues with my tooth, so I agreed and signed for the office to bill my Care Credit. (The first crown delivered fell off, the second didn't fit and was put on until I could re-do my impressions, which they never called me for, and that one fell off as well within a few weeks.)
