It was a bad experience since the beginning. I called in to schedule my appointment and I took the first available which was in a month. Once there, we (a few patients) waited for at least an hour for the Dr. to get there and once arrived he takes about an hour per patient. The Dr and staff lack professionalism, manners and communication.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Juan A. Alas is an outstanding physician. He is extremely caring, thorough, and takes the time to truly listen, which makes a world of difference as a patient. His bedside manner is excellent—professional, compassionate, and reassuring. Dr. Alas is also very smart and highly knowledgeable across all areas related to health and clinical care.
