Currently he is unable to practice law in the State of Texas but he has been dealing in real estate. Recently he claimed to be assisting a associate of mine and he failed to communicate, respond, follow thru and accurately represent his ability to actually assist in business dealings. He withdrew himself after confronted with a promise to refund expense but never did so.
