Called his office for assistance 2 days. The office staff on day 1 had me on hold for 15 minutes then I hung up. Day 2 I call early in the morning hoping the have a lower call volume. Staff never offered to return my call. I was told to call back due to their computers not working. I called again in the afternoon and still on hold. Very hard to believe that anyone is able to make a timely appointment. Maybe this office needs more staff. Very disappointed.
The front office staff is very friendly and thorough. Dr. Alas was also friendly and thorough. He asked many questions to get to know my overall health and then explain exactly what the steps he recommended for my health.
