Juab County Abstract Company has been in existence in the State of Utah for over 90 years. It has always had a very high reputation among Abstract and Title Companies. Juab County Abstract Company was purchased by E. B. Sperry, a licensed abstractor, in the early 1930's. Mr. Sperry was Juab County Recorder at the time of purchase. Juab Title was great! Got us what we needed, were very kind and professional, and managed a fairly chaotic closing very well! Closing was at a seller's house, with buyer, buyer's family, cobuyer, lender, and seller all crammed around an undersized table with moving boxes all around. It could have been crazy but was just fun and exciting!
All my friends and mentors in the real estate world say to treat your title companies right… well, Juab Title beat me to it! They treated ME right from the beginning and they still do, way better than I deserve for everything I’ve put them through ;) I recommend them for investors (assignments, etc.) in addition to regular one-time buyers and sellers. Expect a small-town, small-business level of service and attention, at an affordable price.
