We have had nothing but issues with the install of our new windows. At the initial installation JTY damaged our window seat by dropping their tools on the window seat creating multiple dents. After the first major rain 5 of the windows started to leak. JTY was contacted and they fixed the leaks. A year later 2 more windows started to leak. When we try to contact JTY to fix these windows no one will answers the phone, it just rings and rings. Their voicemail box is also full which keeps us from leaving a message. The gentleman/owner. Is a very knowledgable and considerate person. He follows thru and is a man of his word. His help was needed and he was reasonably priced
