I called this so-called "tree service" at 5:30 P.M. on Thursday, 11/21/2024, to request a quote to trim three trees. The guy sounded like he was half-asleep, so I asked if I should call back. He said, "No, just give me a minute to get a pen and paper to write down the address." Really? That’s the energy you bring to a potential customer?
