James Owens has the worst customer service in the pool business when the project goes awry, especially if he has been paid. I hired his company at the end of January 2017 to install my pool and pour concrete. Along the way, I had to hire an electrician to correct the mistake he made in wiring the pool, had to visit Long's pool to verify a pool light not working was an installer problem (it was) and not one expansion joint is cut in a straight line in the concrete.
