Wish I could give 0 stars! 100% don’t recommend JTS pools. They don’t stand behind their product. They don’t answer calls or emails. They’ll promise you they’ll help before you buy the product and say they’ll be there every step of the way but as soon as you pay for it they wipe their hands of it. Their “contractors” are a joke who will scam you as well. Heard an advertisement on the radio literally this morning to call today for a pool opening. Great, that's exactly what I need! Called today and, after sitting on hold, was told they aren't offering pool opening services at this time.
