Terrible place. Workers are young kids that don't know what they are doing. I think they watch YouTube videos on way to service call, to learn how to fix the problem. Ridiculous. Run away as fast as you can from this place.
We recently found a leak in our hot tub. I called JTS and Corey came out right away and fixed it. He kept in constant communication throughout the process and his customer service was amazing. I will call JTS for any of my spa needs in the future.
The Team installed a new liner, light, and Water Strainer and pumped all the water out before installation. The team's technical competence was evident in their ability to assist in refilling the pool. Their efficient coordination with the Water Truck allowed me to enjoy my pool in less than two days. Their professionalism, care, and technical competence were truly commendable. My family and grandkids could not be any happier. Dave and Karen Hurd Sandwich, IL.
JTS did a great job installing my pool. We absolutely love it and the price was right. We just can't wait for the summer weather.
Contracted this company to re-cover my pool table. They had to return because the work was faulty and the felt had to be repaired in 3 different areas of the table. Once repairs were made I noticed the rack centering dot was missing. I requested the dot be applied. After contacting them 4 separate time, I still have not seen the sticker. They definitely don't deserve 3 stars.
