Bought a house and needed to upgrade the boiler to a combi. We had no idea where to start. We called Jordon following a recommendation, and he promptly popped round and explained everything. We felt really happy with the explanation, price, and overall impression. The installation was completed in one day by James and Taylor. The water tanks were removed along with the old gas pipes, with no mess whatsoever. I had a great experience with the JTS Plumbing & Heating. Jordan was very responsive and professional from the first enquiry providing us with advice on changing over our boiler. Following on from the visit, Taylor and James were amazing at their job and provided us with updates and advice throughout. They both worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed within the day. Honestly cannot praise this team high enough and will be recommending and using in the future.
