Jim truly saved the day for me yesterday. I’m in a rental camper van and had a water leak. The company I rented from was not a ton of help, but thankfully I got connected with this company. At first I heard mobile and was a little concerned but he met me at a Walmart and was able to fix my leak in an hour! As a single female I felt more than safe working with him. We contacted JTs when having problems with our Winnebago Solis Pocket. It was a chassis issue and he was unable to help but did recommend auto repair places we could contact. He followed up a couple of times to make sure we were able to get service from one of them. Considering he preformed no service and received no payment from us he went above and beyond!! Based on that alone we would recommend JTs.
Jim helped me troubleshoot a plumbing leak over the phone and helped set me up to successfully make the repair myself, even though he wasn't making a dime off the time he spent talking to me. Would highly recommend Jim for any issues you might encounter with your RV
Jim has went over and beyond for my trailer. He worked with me on installing a second ac unit on my travel trailer and coordinated the delivery and set up nicely. He was up front about pricing and time. One of many things I can say about him is he is a man of his word and stands behind his work. I truly appreciate his service and patience with me. I would highly recommend him!
I called this morning about a problem with our awning and Jim was here by 11:30 to do the repairs. He was excellent and had it repaired. Plus he fixed another problem. He was courteous and professional and very reasonable. I recommend his services and company to anyone that has a problem with their RV.
