One of the oil technicians left the oil cap Loose. Soon after Oil seeping to my cylinder coil's and car started to misfire.. Left three voicemails and never got anything back from him. And I got a hold of him today and he said bring it in... Just wanted a refund to help pay for my 300.00 mechanic bill. I even tipped the mechanic Never again

NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Long story short: They did not replace the condenser or orifice or properly flush the system when replacing my AC compressor, and now I need the entire system replaced. Because I am in TX, I cannot bring the vehicle back to them, and they refuse to give me a refund after ruining my entire system.
