Great buying experience! Frank and Joe were great to work with. The whole experience went smooth and easy.
This was once one of the best places to by a car, I have purchased three personally and a family member one, well we decided to go back for the fifth and this experience was nothing like none I ever experienced or expected. First the sales manager is a complete liar and the finance manager was very rude and demeaning. So jt’s of Lexington you have lost a loyal customer not that you all care but my black dollars can go where it is appreciated.
Hands down the best experience as a first time car buyer! Anyone searching for a new car, trade in or not I will always recommend JTs Autoland of Lexington and specifically CJ as the sales man! From start to finish the staff was amazing! The finance manager was able to get us an even better deal out the door than we originally thought! I highly recommend and trust these folks after such a seamless process and we are super happy with our new ride! Thanks so much!!!!

I had a great experience at JTs Autoland! My dad and I loved the atmosphere of it. Frank Banks was awesome, very personable and kept it real! Joe (manager) was very nice too! I’m in love with my new car and very thankful for their knowledge and help during the smooth process. Would recommend anyone going here. 10/10
