We have a recall on our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xE and have been trying for 2 days to get an appointment to repair the problem. Can’t get anybody to answer the phone in service or sales. No voicemail either to leave a message. My wife and I have both called numerous times….nothing.
My husband and I had the best experience at JTs Autoland of Lex today that either of us have had at a dealership! We worked with Dan (Daniel D.) and from the get-go he was A+. He listened and considered both our likes/dislikes just from our marital banter viewing the inventory.
