I had the pleasure of working with Corey on my roof replacement. I had an immediate comfort level with Corey and felt I was in good hands. Work was done a couple years ago. They did not put a yard sign out to advertise their work. Their workmen peed behind my shed. They only requested to use the house's bathroom once (I happily let them in). Salesman that supposedly runs the crew didn't stop by once after the sale. I had to repeatedly explain the project. Their contract requested payment at the end. Received request for 50% payment, after they were behind schedule. Only filed for permit after work was nearly done and after I asked. I had the pleasure of working with Stew on our roof replacement. He went out of his way to drive to our home and sit down with us. He explained the whole process including his part in dealing with our insurance company. He was very responsive to my phone calls and emails and was a pleasure to work with!

Didn't really want to get a new roof but recent storms didn't give us much of a choice. Thankfully, JTR exists. Great guys and we're extremely pleased with the final product and their professionalism and knowledge throughout the entire process. The crew did wonderful work, looks amazing. And even though we're happy with everything they did for us, we're also thrilled that we won't have to do this for a long time to come (if ever again) thanks to the high quality material & labor.
