My car broke down just down the road from the shop last week, while I was waiting for my husband to come meet me one of the workers walked over and asked if I was ok and if I needed help, I said please! They waved the tow truck charge since I was so close and got my car in right away! They also gave me a really decent rental free of charge for the week they had our’s in the shop, just needed to replace gas! I have my car back now and it sounds and runs great! The staff at JTR were amazing! They were knowledgeable and thoroughly skilled and fair priced. We were in a pinch following a disaster at a popular chain quick oil change place (I know I know look at the pics to see what the other place left me with). Daniel got us diagnosed, repaired and back on the road in amazing time and he and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind as well! I hit a very big critter on 65S on a Sunday Night. Car died and I had it towed to the next exit where JTR Repair is located. Used the drop off box and envelope. They called me on Monday at 11am with their complete assessment. They texted me a link to their notes and pictures. I was not expecting them to get back to me so soon or to be that advanced. I'm very impressed with JTR Repair for the work done on my Ford Escape! I had to leave my car with them and they offered to drive me home so I could wait a couple of hours until the problem was corrected. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and skillful! This was my second time using JTR. They were so great that I decided to use them a second time. I will definitely use them again.
