I took my car in for a post-purchase inspection and was extremely pleased with the service. The staff was very courteous and took the time to walk me through the inspection findings directly at the vehicle. I later returned for maintenance work, which was completed quickly and professionally. Great experience overall — highly recommended!
I had a 2010 Chrysler van that hadn’t been serviced for several years. I asked the guys to just go over it and find out what it needed. They did just that and gave me a call with the estimate. I gave the OK and everything was done efficiently. They did a great job. All the staff I met were friendly and very courteous and respectful. I had used them once before for my car and they did a great job, so that’s why I went there again. And I will go back again!
JTR always gets my car in quickly and does a fantastic job for an even more amazing price! They make everything easy from scheduling, drop off, payment etc! I can’t say enough amazing things about them!
JTR is amazing. I had a very sticky situation, and they were so patient, flexible, and understanding. They took the time to explain everything well and helped me get everything I needed for insurance purposes in addition to obviously fixing the problem. Great customer service, great team, would definitely recommend. Special thanks to Cliff and Teddy, ya'll rule.
Was great !! They say honesty is the best policy n it were right here 😁. I’ll b bringing my car back always. Dodge charger they looked over n never changed an extra penny. Great job boys !!
