I got my transmission serviced through here, it was my first time at JTR. Very easy to get in, they got me in within a few days of calling. The service was fast & everyone was so polite. And it was affordable which is what everyone really wants! Very please with my service at JTR.
Took my dad’s car to JTR because the battery wouldn’t hold a charge and the check engine light was on. We had taken it to a different repair shop who told us the battery was fine. The techs at JTR determined that the battery was indeed the issue and replaced it. They kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend JTR Repair!
I want to say thank you for going above and beyond when you didn't have to. The water pump was covered by my warranty and you sent me to a dealership that stood by that. The place where I purchased my car sure didn't. You didn't take advantage of me and didn't lie. Being a woman this happens far too often and I will tell all my ladies to come see you! They go well above just changing the oil and give your vehicle a thorough review to let you know of any issues you need to be aware of as well as provide you quotes for those services. This can be helpful if you are inclined to undertake doing the repair/service on your own. But if not, they are available to take care of the issue.
I took my car in for a post-purchase inspection and was extremely pleased with the service. The staff was very courteous and took the time to walk me through the inspection findings directly at the vehicle. I later returned for maintenance work, which was completed quickly and professionally. Great experience overall — highly recommended!
