I've been using JTR for all my issues with my three vehicles. They stay in contact lettting you know what needs immediate attention and what to be aware of. They even text pictures of problems they find so you can decide what they should fix. They will offer transport from and to the shop. They do what they need to, at what I think is a reasonable price for the service. Never have I been disappointed. Except, of course, that my car needs repairs. Good job to everyone at JTR!
JTR is a great place to take your vehicle they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. They do good quality work. You get what you pay for! I have learned that the hard way with past mechanics. They definitely go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the work. I will be coming back
Outstanding service on my Jeep Wrangler. This shop is quick, competent and fairly priced. My Jeep is working perfectly and I am very happy. I will continue to use this shop and would recommend them without hesitation.
Definitely take your car here! The team is incredibly friendly and professional. I called after error lights came on following a DIY brake pad replacement, and they told me to bring it in the same day. They fixed the issue and didn’t even charge me. Another time I had an issue, they again told me to bring my car in that day, drove me home so I didn’t have to wait, and picked me back up once the car was fixed. JTR and their crew are phenomenal! After a local shop turned me and my truck away, JTR took me in and were motivated to get my vehicle back on the road. I could not recommend this shop more. From the communication of each step and the cleanliness of their work, they deserve more business.
