These guys are awesome! They’re such a happy crew that work hard to check everything out on your vehicle when you bring it there for any reason, to get your problems fixed and your vehicle in good shape again, and back to you as soon as possible—for a very good price too. One time they figured out why my rpms were dropping when my van was dying quickly in the cold and fixed it quicker than I could start to wait and for super cheap too! I've been using JTR for all my issues with my three vehicles. They stay in contact lettting you know what needs immediate attention and what to be aware of. They even text pictures of problems they find so you can decide what they should fix. They will offer transport from and to the shop. They do what they need to, at what I think is a reasonable price for the service. Never have I been disappointed. Except, of course, that my car needs repairs. Good job to everyone at JTR!
JTR is a great place to take your vehicle they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. They do good quality work. You get what you pay for! I have learned that the hard way with past mechanics. They definitely go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the work. I will be coming back
I had a annoying issue with a tire low pressure light not resetting. I like supporting local shops so I stopped for and oil change and they fixed the low pressure reset as part of the courtesy inspection. Fast service with good prices. It's nice to find a place that appreciates getting your business!
Definitely take your car here! The team is incredibly friendly and professional. I called after error lights came on following a DIY brake pad replacement, and they told me to bring it in the same day. They fixed the issue and didn’t even charge me. Another time I had an issue, they again told me to bring my car in that day, drove me home so I didn’t have to wait, and picked me back up once the car was fixed.
