JTR is a great place to take your vehicle they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. They do good quality work. You get what you pay for! I have learned that the hard way with past mechanics. They definitely go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the work. I will be coming back
Definitely take your car here! The team is incredibly friendly and professional. I called after error lights came on following a DIY brake pad replacement, and they told me to bring it in the same day. They fixed the issue and didn’t even charge me. Another time I had an issue, they again told me to bring my car in that day, drove me home so I didn’t have to wait, and picked me back up once the car was fixed. JTR and their crew are phenomenal! After a local shop turned me and my truck away, JTR took me in and were motivated to get my vehicle back on the road. I could not recommend this shop more. From the communication of each step and the cleanliness of their work, they deserve more business.
Had work done for multiple vehicles here, and I have nothing but good things to say. JTR employees are very understanding, helpful and diligent with the work they do. I'm always very pleased with their alignment services any time I have major suspension part replacements. I appreciate that they offer drain and fill services for my older vehicle that doesn't have a transmission drain plug, so 22 bolts have to be removed and retorqued to 10 lb-ft after dropping the pan. Last week, I lost power on the interstate. Not close to home, I had to get my car towed and was recommended JTR Repair. Gave them a call to see if they could get me in and they were able to right away. Unfortunately, my engine was toast and was not the most ideal outcome. But everyone I spoke to or interacted with at JTR was super friendly, professional and considerate.
