After being ghosted by one builder and gas light by another, Josh was a breath of fresh air. He was prompt to the consult, fair in his pricing and excellent in communication. The build was excellent. He even put up with my teach me questions. Even the one about the poo under my deck. Yeah coyote poo he said. He didn't bat a single lash. I also let them use my bathroom instead of them having to get a porta potty. Portapotty in the summer?? Um no, that's cruel. Josh and Brennan (I hope I got that right!) were very responsive and professional. They showed up every day on time and actually worked!!!! They were very easy to communicate with and responsive to phone calls when not on site. They cleaned up very well before leaving. And saving the best for last, the deck is AMAZING!!!🤩

JTR Construction built our new Azek deck in April, 2025. He and his crew did a fine, meticulous job in constructing the new deck. We couldn't believe how it far exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be more pleased. The pricing was transparent and fair. Josh and the crew were every thoughtful in how the job was planned, so that it caused the least amount of disturbance to us during construction. Josh and his team at JTR Construction are superb! Upon meeting Josh, he immediately inspired confidence with his fair pricing and superior construction techniques. They worked through very challenging weather to complete the project. The new decks are beautiful beyond expectations! In addition to cleaning up meticulously, they rebuilt a garden pathway that had been impacted. They deserve the highest recommendation possible!

I highly recommend JTR Construction to build your next deck project. Josh provided a competitive bid and the workmanship was fantastic. He and Darren demo-ed my old deck, poured new footings and build a new deck with a smile. They were a pleasure to work with, were communicative and attentive. I am loving my expanded deck and new covering to enjoy more of what Oregon has to offer. Thanks Josh and Darren.
