Its my second time using Jack as I was extremely happy with him the first time.... and recommended him to all my friend at both, the GC and Brisbane areas. I must admit, that my 2nd experience with JTP Refrigeration was not as great as my first one. Communication was poor, I was constantly texting (very frustrating). I was than told that I was pencil in for a booking on a specific date (via stext) but had no confirmation until I rang them the day before to be told they were coming on "penciled"date. UPDATED REVIEW: Thanks Jack for personally caming back within a day to fix the below concerns I had. Whilst he couldn't move nor centralise my A/C in my bedroom as per the original position of the old unit (as they used the original hole in my wall to fit the gas refrigerant piping) Jack offered to relocate and centre my picture frame under my new installed a/c unit, which I truely appreciated. All the rusty piping clamps are now replaced with new ones as well as a few new Tee bars and are now all in uniform with the others.... read more
JTP Refrigeration and Air supplied excellent service and was extremely sound in price. Will also make you aware of future problems (if the unit is older) which helps with budgeting!
Jack is legit! Out of all the Aircon Techs I tried to contact spoken to, Jack was the only one who returned my call and promptly. Helped me fix our Daikin Split system, and even talked to Daikin so he could do the work for us as it was a warranty repair. Jack was excellent from start to finish, great communication and incredibly polite & prompt. Will happily use his services again, shout out to Jack and his offsider for their excellent work! 110% Recommend these guys!
