James, one of the fantastic staff at JTP Machinery helped us so much. He diagnosing our problem with our tractor over the phone mind you, and skilfully guided and explained to us how to fix it. Brought a item from them it failed with in a week they wanted to supply another one I declined and I asked for a refund and was given a return address I sent it back to them but never got a refund would not recommend them they claim they never got the item returned and the auto elect wired them up wrong I sent to address they supplied however they say it was incorrect very unprofessional in the end I got a refund thru the banks long dragged out process over a missing parcel and poor customer service just full of blame and ex... read more
