I have had a totally great experience in renting 2 storage units. The monthly prices are the cheapest that I have found. The owner goes out of his way to answer all of your questions and does everything in a very timely manner.
The property has really changed since the new owner took over. I love the changes that have been made.
Gone down hill the moment JTO sold. Zero communication, no notice about the gate change or access code. Customer service is now a third party company with no idea how the property works or how to help. Would not recommend, and would suggest others to move storage elsewhere after the experience I've had.
