Ben was right on time, very respectful and explained everything he was going to do to install the inside and outside plumbing for a backflow preventer for a new sprinkler system install. When Ben was done he walked me through the work he completed and it's purpose. This was a top notch experience and perfect customer facing service. Thank you.
We’ve called on JTM several times and the most recent time was the first we’ve ever had a bill. They came out to inspect a few things we were questioning in the past and the plumbers came out, inspected, and didn’t charge a thing when it was something we could easily figure out ourselves with the humidity setting in our house. This time, our water heater completely went out and they came out same day and had it replaced in no time. Would highly recommend.
