Asked him if his shop could paint my mustang. He said he could and we set up a time. He agreed to paint from weld seam to weld seam with 3 coats base and 3 coats clear. When I dropped the car off, he said we could charge by time and material. Went to pick it up he charged $6000 flat rate, which was the top end. They finished in less than a week. Required cash.
