The owner presents himself as offering a discount for paying upfront, but in our experience, this appeared to be a tactic to secure full payment before the event. He then sent an employee who arrived with her boyfriend; both appeared to be under the influence of a substance (not alcohol) and behaved unprofessionally throughout.
