This company horrible in answering the phone and getting back to you. They did a appraisal for me and the loan got denied and so I went to do a fha loan and called to see if they can convert the conventional appraisal they did to a fha appraisal for me. Called literally 15 times to see if I can talk to someone and when someone finally answer she was so rude and couldn't even answer my question and claimed someone will get back to me and never did. Hired to do an appraisal for my mother in law who paid the invoice. Rather than send the appraisal to her client, she sent it to the attorneys. Then she screwed up the client as she made it out to the estate of my mother in law vs. the estate of her deceased spouse. Find someone else who knows what they are doing and who their client is.
