Hired to do an appraisal for my mother in law who paid the invoice. Rather than send the appraisal to her client, she sent it to the attorneys. Then she screwed up the client as she made it out to the estate of my mother in law vs. the estate of her deceased spouse. Find someone else who knows what they are doing and who their client is.
Amy was hired to do an appraisal on a home sale for a pending divorce. I spoke with her on 12/26 to facilitate a 12/29 appraisal for my soon-to-be-ex-wife's attorneys.
