i have been calling these people for 3 weeks now and they do not pick up there phone they say to leave a message they will call you back and never do, they sent my name to collections and i do not owe them any money do not do business with them horriabe agency
Jesus and the team at JTG are awesome! They were able to quote me $300 less than any other company for my homeowners policy. My experience with other companies was very time consuming and somewhat frustrating. Two companies never called me back after I requested a quote. As a matter of fact, 2 months later I am still waiting on a quote from these companies. The receptionist at another company was extremely rude when I initially called. I'm happy to say that these guys at JTG Insurance Agency did not have any of these issues.... read more
One word....Horrible! Do not do business with this company! They were supplied all documentation in advance of me purchasing a home and then Citizens cancelled the policy weeks later. Now I have no ability to negotiate any repairs described as the reason for cancellation.
If you are looking for a good service and great prices, you are looking at the wrong place, this guy Jesus have no idea about customer service, never return call, never answer the phone this guy is pure pain if you are in a hurry or emergency, the stuff at the office very nice but nothing they can do if the chief have no idea how to runs a bizz,, No happy
