had my phone screen replaced by JTechFox, and overall it was a great experience. Initially, the screen was replaced with an LCD, and while the installation was done really well, I noticed the phone started overheating. As soon as I brought it up, he took care of it right away and replaced it with the correct screen it was supposed to have. Since then, my phone has been working perfectly with no issues. I really appreciate the quick response and professionalism. Would definitely recommend!
Johnny is very professional and honest. I dropped off my IPhone that had a blacked out screen, turns out just to be a glitch in the software. He could have easily charged me for a new replacement screen but just told me that it needed to be reset and didn’t charge me one cent. I will always be taking my business back to JTechfix.
