Edit: March 2024 - Installed solar and battery system. Superb service from quotation to completion. Excellent team of professionals who went above and beyond what we had expected. Dec 2024 - Jack did some additional work on extending our array. He left us with a headache and we have employed another company to commission the system and fix Jack’s mess. Jack refuses to reply to emails, messages and calls. Likely no longer in business. Avoid.
Jack and his roofing team installed solar panels and battery/inverter on my property 6 months ago. Following the commissioning of the system there were a few minor issues which I had to sort out myself as Jack was not responding to my calls. Now there is a major problem with the inverter and I will have to find another installer to help me as it is impossible to contact Jack. Based on my experience, if you are looking to install solar panels etc avoid this company (if it's still in business).
One of our panels stopped working. Trying to reach the installer as directed by solaredge and no reply. Contact numbers dont work.. avoid!
We've been renovating a house over the last two years and I can say that Jack, Ben and their team are the most professional company we have had the pleasure to deal with.
