I visited this salon three times, hoping my experience would improve, but it never did. The manager's attitude toward customers was consistently rude and unprofessional. I only returned because the manicure and pedicure technicians were excellent, but they have since left—and honestly, I can understand why. The service quality has gone downhill, and the products being used seem very low quality. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this salon. Customer service and professionalism matter, and this place is lacking both
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. The quality of the products used was poor, and the overall service was far below professional standards. What is even more concerning is that I was injured during my appointments. During a waxing service, my leg was burned, and during a pedicure, my finger was cut. Worst experience of my life.I went to this nail salon to get my nails done, and the nail technician (Mary) left me in the middle of my appointment because of her emergency . When I tried to get help to finish my nails, there was nobody else available. Mary was also very rude throughout the process. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this salon
I had such a wonderful experience getting my pedicure! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away…. My technician was very attentive and took their time, making sure every detail was perfect. The soak, scrub, and massage were incredibly relaxing, and my feet felt so soft and refreshed afterward. The polish was applied beautifully and has lasted really well without chipping….. Thank you VY
