So, I've done some yoga at home but only what I have seen on tele or apps on my i pad. Finally went to my very first official class and it was fantastic can't wait to go again. Thank you Jess, looking forward to more yoga.

Jess and her team are very knowledgeable about how to relieve stress, pinpointing those areas and are skilled in many different techniques to achieve great results! Jess sets a very calming atmosphere which makes people more comfortable with massage. She is open in an awesome new location which also offers tons of other services including Yoga classes! Just had another great massage by Jessica! She is amazing! She is professional, down to earth, caring and very knowledgeable. I feel like a new person. I went to see Jess because I have had back problems for quite some time and I can just say that she knows what she is doing and how to fix and relieve the pain I was experiencing! I will definitely be going back many more times and referring everyone to her!
