The massage was good. Kind and attentive staff. But my toes are pretty bloody. Gave them a second chance they have no idea what they are doing. Will not return.

Tom just helped me with my big toe that needed some TLC . He made me feel comfortable and he was very sweet to my boys while they sat and waited. My toes look amazing! Thank you Tom … highly recommend ♥️

Pricing is fine. Pedicure was FANTASTIC!! GEL application was sloppy and they cut like everything off

I’ve only been once, but it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They were polite. The prices were great. They were friendly, and he did an excellent job removing my old damaged nails gently, and he did a full set with a French manicure. I’ve never liked my nails as much at any other salon. And the prices were super reasonable.Ill be back

First time at JTB Nail and Spa #2 and will return! Anna spent time at every step, was extremely detailed, and gave multiple opportunities to communicate changes if needed. Very friendly - they offered drinks and taffy as other reviews mention. Instead of rushing me to pick a color and style, Anna helped me in the decision! She confirmed price at the beginning which seems simple but not all nail spas do and price transparency gives peace of mind. Included updated service pricing in photos.
