We had Jt Toal Heating install an on demand gas HW heater a few years ago and were very pleased with their work, so chose them to upgrade our gas furnace and install AC at the same time. This install went as well as the first. All involved, from John, who quoted, Trish, in the office, the installers and the electrician, were easy to deal with and accommodating. We would use them again for any future needs without hesitation !
Terrible experience and delayed response. They will sell you a product or brand they know very little about and then refer you to a brochure. They will flat out say “we don’t know anything about this brand” I’m quoting exactly what I’ve been told several times. If you’re not trained to install this particular unit or brand then do not do it.
Unprofessional, unresponsive and, grumpy. Lady who ran the show room was very unwelcoming, and short with me. gave no time when they would show up (blue flame called the day before and gave me a one hour time slot, which they actually showed up for, and also called me 15 minutes prior to showing up). After they finally showed up at 9:15 they moved right to the next job while I was in the shower for 5 minutes, and my wife dropping the kids off at school (which is 2 minutes from our home).
