Just bought a vehicle from JT’s auto sales in Lake Charles and I have to say the entire experience was awesome , pulled up on the lot to look at vehicles and not once did they try to push us into buying something they wanted to sell like other dealerships …pricing was very reasonable not over priced like a lot of places Very friendly down to earth people. I will be a repeat customer and I recommend JT’s auto to anyone that’s looking for a stress free car buying experience.
I definitely recommend this dealership! They were all so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Even the mechanic went out of his way to fill us in on anything we inquired about. Krista and Joey were always very responsive and on top of their game. They were impressively professional but in such a down to earth comfortable way! Much appreciated!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and JT took good care of me right from the start. My expectations were pretty low and wasn't expecting to find a car within my price range. JT worked within my budget and got me a really nice car. The beautiful car I bought had some issues with the AC compressor and it was going to fixed on Monday but I got into a car accident the week before.
