If I could give them no stars I will, but their customer service specially JOHN’S customer service is good, he is funny and really keeps an eye on his clients, HOWEVER I wanted to write this review. Because of the lack of knowledge and experince my stylist had with textured hair, 3a to 3b like mine and my hair is thick and full.
