After 3 different emails sent to the company with no reply, I called the contact us phone number on the web page to try to resolve the issue, were the FJ40 Brake upgrade kit had a faulty design damaging the rotors, when I was transferred to this rude gentleman, believe to be the owner as he never introduced himself.
