If i were reviewing the pedicure alone, I would give a 5 star review. The salon is very clean and the nail tech gave me a wonderful pedicure. What tainted my experience was the terrible customer service at the front desk. The woman there was very unleasant and dismissive of me, not even looking at me when she spoke. Furthermore, I understand an upcharge for gel polish, that's standard practice, but $20 just to remove the gel polish that was on (a charge that was not imposed the last time I went here) is outrageous.
