Jt motors are great! I will always use them. Honest hard working and fair priced. Never once had an issue with them as a company they always do a great job.
Useless couldn't do the job and they took my money and didn't want to know afterwards, a guy called chris fob me off on the phone , 8 years later been using a trustworthy garage who have done loads of excellent jobs over the last 8 years so jt motors in the long run lost out!
I've been here a few times now! They did my cars MOT repair in March 25 and they were all so lovely and the service was quick! They fixed my car within 2 days and kept in touch with me throughout the process (my car had a lot of work to make it road legal!!) and it has been running smoothly ever since!! There was a lot of work to be done in the car so I appreciated the communication, updates, and booking process! I wish I'd gotten names but thank you everyone! The team is so lovely!! Had my problematic car towed to them twice now - once by my breakdown and once by themselves. Both times they've been brilliant - quick to identify the problem and fix whats needed. I fully trust them to not rip me off and be honest about my car. They're also so friendly, and explain what they're doing and why. Will be only using them from now on :)
