I called them at 5 and he was at my house by 7pm, he checked it over found the issue and fixed it. Very Very good price about 1/2 of what others would charge for an emergency visit. HIHJLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
My new mini-split works great! It keeps the whole first floor of my house at a comfortable and consistent temperature. Josh Thompson provided excellent customer service throughout the process. He discussed the pros and cons of each potential location for the unit (both inside and outside) during the initial consultation, giving me a clear understanding of what to expect. The installation went smoothly, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend JT Mechanical.

We highly recommend Josh, he fixed our AC today after we spoke last night. He is very honest...told us what needed to be fixed up front and what it would cost. Overall we were very pleased.
