In fall 2024, I contacted JT Lawn Service about multiple tall fescue grass spots in my lawn. I spoke with Ryan, who arranged for Devon to assess the situation. After walking my lawn, Devon confirmed they would spray the fescue, then remove the dead areas to add new dirt and seed. They don't care what gets covered with the hydroseed mix. My windows and screens are covered in it. It's INSIDE the screens. My patio and siding is covered. My patio furniture, grill and patio garden are covered. I don't have access to a water hose to clean the absolute mess they left. They also got it on my car!!

I was unaware of the sign stating the grass had been sprayed as it was facing away from where all the pet owners in the community enter. I requested they have an additional sign posted but my request was denied. This speaks volumes that they only care they covered their bases with one sign. I understand money is tight for everyone but one additional should not significantly cut into margins. If anything, they should be baked into the cost of such services.
