We have had JT&K Services service our home for three different issues over the past year. Home was built in 1983 so having some plumbing issues. They have done phenomenal work. They are not only knowledgeable, but also thorough, courteous, and clean up after they’re done. They fix it right the first visit.
I had to use them because my home warranty chose them. They installed a water heater. However, while bringing in the water heater they broke my garage door. The installer raised the door past a certain point and knocked it off track. Tammy the owner does a horrible job at customer service. She continues to blame us and saying that the door was already like that: the door wouldn’t have even opened if it was already like that. My garage door can’t be raised or lowered now. When I called with my emergency (water tank old & quit working) Tami had Jason stop by to take a look within the hour. He determined it needed to be replaced. A quote was sent and they were able to install the next day. The workers were prompt, friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend their services. Affordable and true to their word.
