I had to use them because my home warranty chose them. They installed a water heater. However, while bringing in the water heater they broke my garage door. The installer raised the door past a certain point and knocked it off track. Tammy the owner does a horrible job at customer service. When I called with my emergency (water tank old & quit working) Tami had Jason stop by to take a look within the hour. He determined it needed to be replaced. A quote was sent and they were able to install the next day. The workers were prompt, friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend their services. Affordable and true to their word.
