Completely negligent. I have been attempting to use their services to get an application submitted for over a month. Every time I called I either got hung up on and completely disregarded. I did not jump into conclusions and still gave them the benefit of the doubt. This was a mistake and I will take accountability for it. We informed you what you needed and the immigration fees and office fees. However you never hire us to do that process.
