A proposal never came? Tyler came to my house to find out about a parking pad next to my garage and he said that I would receive a proposal in a few days. I emailed some pictures with the vehicle in that spot to help him see what I wanted. After a couple of days after that I called and was told that he was very busy, I said no problem. The problem was. I never heard from him again.
Hood Landscaping has been great to work with over the past several years. They have done a wonderful job with my landscaping. They are professional, courteous and always show up when they say they are coming. Highly recommend them.
Tyler and his crew are the most professional and detailed oriented contractor I've ever worked with. There was never an issue with communication... They installed a Pond, garden wall, exterior lighting and repairs to our existing patio. Thier work is impeccable, and they don't settle for "good enough". They left the job site cleaned than when they arrived. I can't say enough about their work; true craftsman...
Highly recommended to me, but I tried for three weeks to get an estimate and he couldn't be bothered. I had to call for follow ups each week. Spoke to him twice, but after the third week of no estimate and this time no call back, I gave up and went with another company.
