Jenny is awesome. Really listened to what I wanted for my cut, was super easy to talk to, and left me looking great. I’m definitely picky when it comes to other people touching my hair but I’d go to Jenny again no doubt
Jenny is the best hairstylist! She is so caring and attentive to what your haircut needs are and makes sure to communicate everything so you are comfortable. I’ve had terrible salon experiences in the past and stopped getting haircuts for several years because I couldn’t trust anyone with my hair. Jenny has made my experiences with getting a haircut by her nothing short of wonderful! She listens to me and makes my hair look beautiful and healthy every time it’s cut by her! 10/10! ❤️
I didn’t want to leave a review since I know how much impact it can have on a small business. However, as a paying customer I felt compelled to leave an honest feedback/review after my experience with Jenny at JT HAIR LAB. I initially booked an appt on 9/21 for a haircut and color on 10/5 through her website. Like most appointments, I was expecting to pay a rsvp fee or provide cc info in case for no-show’s, late cancelation, etc upon reservation.
